Refund/Exchange Policy:
All above sites offer an exchange policy for defective
merchandise. Since most the items on these sites are offered as
'FREE', there are no refunds, unless otherwise stated on the
website. Refunds will only be given in the event that a billing or
shipping error was made.

Tracking System (Summer 2004) which will give customers the ability to check their
